Registration and Abstract Submission via ConfTool

How to register

Steps for registering as participant for the Cologne Spring Meeting 2025 or uploading your poster abstract:

  1. Enter the login page of the ConfTool and click on “Register new”.
  2. Fill out the form to create a user account. All fields marked with an asterisk “*” are necessary. After submitting you will receive your username and password via email.
  3. Login using your username and password and click on "Register as Participant" to register for the meeting until 31.12.2024 .
  4. Click on "Your submissions" to submit your poster abstract until 15.01.2025.
