The closest airports to Cologne are the Cologne-Bonn airport (CGN) and the international Düsseldorf airport (DUS).

At DUS Airport Terminal take the Skytrain to Düsseldorf Airport Train Station and change to a regional train (RE 1, RE 5, RE 6) to Cologne Central Station. From Cologne/Bonn Airport Train Station you can reach the Cologne Central Station via S19 (every 20 minutes), RB27 (every 60 minutes).

Cologne is approximately 1 hour away by train from the Frankfurt international airport (FRA).

The are numerous connections from the above mentioned airports to the Cologne Central Station (Köln Hbf). For more information check the website of the German railways.

The venue is located in the MTI-Hörsaalgebäude (building 44b) at the Joseph-Stelzmann-Str. 50, 50931.

There are only limited parking areas in the vicinity of the MTI building, thus public transport is recommended.

To get to the venue from Cologne Central Station (Köln Hbf) take Line 16 or 18 (U-Bahn), change to Line 9 at "Neumarkt", and get off at the stop "Lindenburg-Universitätsklinikum". Alternatively, take a regional train or S-Bahn to "Köln Süd" and then change to Line 9. Walk on the Joseph-Stelzmann-Str. up to the CECAD Research Center (Joseph-Stelzmann-Str. 26), turn right onto "Student Weg" to walk behind the CECAD (5 min walk).

The MTI-building can also be accessed from the north. Take Bus line 146 from "Neumarkt" up to bus stop "Geibelstrasse". Then walk on the Joseph-Stelzmann-Str. up to the CECAD Research Center (Joseph-Stelzmann-Str. 26), turn left onto "Student Weg" to walk behind the CECAD.
